What is WILDFIT?

WILDFIT© is a transformative health program that teaches you how to permanently change how you think about food, and what you eat. It will teach you how to train your brain to stop wanting foods that aren’t good for you and to start wanting foods that truly nourish and energize you. WILDFIT will help you eliminate your cravings as you master your thoughts about food so that you are in control of every single food choice.

You can do WILDFIT on your own time and your own schedule in the self-study format ~ start next Monday! Most people decide to do WILDFIT with a small group, and I have classes starting every 4-6 weeks. Or you can opt for personalized 1:1 coaching which includes the 90 day WildFit program and additional private coaching and support.
